I wrote this song for a queer comedy event in June 2018. Before the song began, I decided to make what I thought was an off-handed joke:
"To list my queer credentials, I have been out as bisexual since 2010, and out as non-binary since...now."
After making the joke, I realized that I had in fact come out as non-binary to an audience of people.
